I work from the process outward: the data model first, then the workflows, the automation, and the guardrails that keep records trustworthy — so the system is something a whole team can rely on and hand over.
My core platform is Zoho Creator, with Deluge for the automation layer, and Desk, Analytics, WorkDrive and Flow configured around it. I take projects end to end: requirements, solution design, build, and rollout.
