I build custom business systems on Zoho.

I take business processes that live in memory, messages and spreadsheets and turn them into connected systems that run themselves. My work spans the whole build — requirements and solution design, the data model, the custom application, the automation layer, and the reporting on top.

Rather than bolt together five disconnected tools, I use each Zoho app for what it's already good at and custom-build only the parts with no ready-made equivalent — fewer systems in play, fewer places for data to drift out of step. The result is software the client's own team can actually trust and operate.
